Michiel was super friendly & the transfer went very smoothly. Everything was in tip-top condition!

The mobile home for our visit to the Tour de France in the Pyrenees was very nice. Everything was clean and worked properly. The camper drives comfortably, even in the mountains. The camper is rented for 6 people, but this is not really feasible, 4 people is more realistic. The equipment could be much better: it is rented for 6 people but the following things are present in the camper: 4 poor stools, 3 half broken garden chairs, much too small table, 4 flat and 3 deep plates, few good pots or pans, no decent kitchen utensils. What makes us give only 3 stars is the lack of good communication. After the bad review from Inge in January, I contacted Michiel because the satellite TV was indispensable for our trip. In March it was promised that this would definitely be fixed. When I inquired 14 days before our departure, this had not yet been fixed, and I think that without my question it would not have been fixed either. In the last 14 days the communication about this was very difficult, and I even had to contact Goboony to put pressure. The problem was only solved on the day of departure. The stress we had about this just before our departure could easily have been avoided. On a platform like Goboony where trust and communication are crucial, this is unacceptable.

Good agreements make good friends. No problems encountered. We were notified in advance of a defect, but that was not a problem for us.

Dear Michiel, thank you again for giving us the opportunity to rent your campervan. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour through Germany, France, and Spain and appreciated all the comforts the campervan offered. It was a trial run for us to see if we liked traveling by campervan, and we've now decided to purchase one ourselves. We also appreciated that the pick-up and return times were very flexible. Very friendly people my husband and two children visited. We received a lot of explanation about the motorhome, and its defects were also explained. Despite that, it does what it is supposed to do. Driving is very good and we have never had any problems with it. Thanks Michiel and co!
