Although we had a fantastic holiday, there are still some comments. The access door to the camper could not be opened from the outside. As a result, we had to enter through the driver's cabin every time the door was closed. Also some problems with errors in the Truma heating/cooling, fortunately we did not really need it. In addition, we had a flat tire. Cost 195 euros. It was arranged fairly quickly (half a day), but despite the fact that we had taken out additional insurance of 100 euros via Goboony, we still had a deductible of 150 euros, which meant that we only got 45 euros back. No compensation from the rental company either, despite a brand new purchased tire. Particular attention should be paid to the 62.5 euros that we had to pay extra for extra kilometers driven. In short, a super fun holiday with a slightly bitter financial aftertaste. We will definitely rent campers from Goboony again, but we will be a bit more critical when choosing the right and suitable camper...

We had a wonderful travel experience with Sigrid's camper. Sigrid had explained everything thoroughly a week in advance, and the Benimar was ready at the moment of departure. On board, we enjoyed all the amenities and comfort. In the Alps, we lacked nothing: we could take a lovely hot shower, and the heating provided us with cozy nights. Both Simon with his daughter and I with my son had enough space to feel at home for a week. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Sigrid, also for the warm welcome and the fascinating explanation.
